How to Lose Weight With Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been used for centuries to lose weight. There are records that show the ancient Egyptians were using ACV to improve there health. It is natural and acts as an appetite suppressant which works by increasing your body's metabolic rate.

Apple cider vinegar is also known to reduce water retention, cholesterol and improves the circulatory system.

It is also rich in vitamins C, E, A, P, B1, B2, B6 and beneficial minerals like manganese, iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium, sulphur, copper, phosphorus, silicon, chlorine and fluorine.

Apple cider vinegar also provides enzymes, amino acids and apple pectin which is a dietary fiber that is an essential component of a healthy diet.
What you need:
- Natural or organic apple cider vinegar
- Raw honey for taste
- Chamomile tea for taste
- Cinnamon powder for taste
Directions:

- Basically you can just add two tablespoons of ACV to water if you want, but I recommend adding it to chamomile tea with a bit of honey for flavour. Cinnamon powder can be added too, not just for flavour but because it also helps to lower cholesterol and improve health.

- Drink twice a day about half an hour before each meal.
- Follow a healthy diet and regular exercise to help you lose weight faster.

- Check with your doctor before taking as it may interact with certain medications.
- Don't drink too much as this will have negative effects and it won't make you lose weight faster.
