You would also have to be sure that you're taking enough water for the day, which a lot of people do not give much important to, it is recommended that you should drink at least six to eight glasses of water each day, but even if you're not able to drink six to eight glasses of water and you're eating the perfect food, then these right kind of food would somehow prove to be a source of water for you, such as the green vegetables would supply you with the water that you lack.
