Weight Loss Motivation - How to Stick to the Plan

Women would often stand in front of the mirror and check every area of their bodies as if trying to find something invisible. They would turn around and look at their thighs and butt; they may even come to the point where they jump up and down to see if their bodies are bouncing, or see if they have fats in some parts of their bodies that ripple like water. Finally, when all of the checking is done, they may proceed to getting dressed.
What happens when they fail the self-inspection?

Automatically, a woman will feel depressed and almost as instantly, they will have renewed desire and motivation to get in shape and diet. Sometimes, realization will hit you like a big slap in the face.

So, should we always have to wait for that big rock to slam on our heads before doing something? Well, that's the funny thing about motivation; you won't have it if you don't need it. However, it shouldn't be that way since motivation - believe it or not - is a conscious decision. Counter-intuitive, but in reality, motivation is a state of mind and I hate to accept that one has no control over one's mind.

We have a responsibility (the ability to respond). Being motivated and staying that way is a responsibility. It is the ability to respond on your own resolve, a proactive approach to things, not reactive. Being reactive is having the sudden urge to exercise and diet after realizing that you're gaining too much weight.
 On the other hand, doing fitness exercises regularly and eating healthy fat burning diets even it is apparent that you do not need it is what you call being proactive.

Proactivity is what a woman needs the most to avoid all the heartaches of getting fat. Responding proactively is doing the right thing without reaching the point of getting disappointed and depressed.

Having this state of proactive responsibility will turn you into an unfaltering fitness and fat loss practitioner. Not reaching the point of feeling bad caused by unwanted weight gain is one of its benefits. With this, women will pass their self-inspection every time for the rest of their active lives! How to lose weight fast is simply answered with an unwavering motivation.

Finally, what's left to be done is to make it a habit. Once a habit is formed, it is extremely tough to break. Habits never die down unless you do something extreme to eradicate it.
 Train your mind while training your body to shed fat and build muscle.
 Little by little, the attitude and the way you deal with things will become a good habit that you will be happy have. Accomplish that by doing the act regularly.It will become a habit in no time at all, making motivation second nature.

Women, remember that when you are trying to lose weight, do not wait for a negative stimulus to get moving. But rather, put some "UMPH" into it, where "umph" stands for Unwavering Motivation through Proactive Habit.

Trying is giving failure some room... Don't try, just triumph!
